About Linda

More Than 20 Years of Seeing Beyond the Obvious.

My professional journey began in the early 1990s as a massage therapist specializing in soft tissue injury rehabilitation.

I worked with people from every walk of life, including professional athletes, musicians, royalty, and other high-profile individuals. Those years taught me a great deal about the body and its remarkable capacity to heal.

They also opened my eyes to something I couldn’t ignore.

Again and again, I sensed that what people were experiencing went beyond what I could feel in their bodies. Their symptoms were telling a story, but they weren’t telling the whole story. Intuitively I knew there was more beneath the surface, something the body was trying to communicate or protect. I began to see how the body can develop its own forms of armouring around experiences and emotions, some we know consciously and others we may not even recognize. The more I saw, the more I wanted to understand what was really happening for each person and, more importantly, how I could help.

Answers matter less than what the questions allow us to see.

That question continued to lead me forward.

In 2005, I discovered the ThetaHealing® Technique, adding another dimension to a body of work that had already been shaped by years of hands-on healing, energy work, intuitive development, and working closely with the people in front of me.

Over the years, my work has continued to evolve. I’ve studied many different approaches to healing, energy, intuition, and personal change. I don’t follow a formula or assume that one approach will be right for everyone.

Sometimes the work involves beliefs or emotional patterns. Sometimes it involves what I’m sensing energetically or intuitively. Often, different aspects of my experience come together in a way that allows me to see what may be influencing what you’re experiencing and where there may be an opportunity for change.

My own life has shaped this understanding, too. I’ve had to question what I believed, face things I couldn’t simply think my way through, and discover that sometimes the way forward isn’t about trying harder.

It’s about seeing something differently.

Where You Are Matters, Too

As my work evolved, I became increasingly fascinated by the relationship between people and the environments they live and work in.

Your environment is influencing you all the time, whether you realize it or not.

The spaces around you can support you in how you think, feel, work, rest, relate, and move through your life. They can create ease and flow, or they can create challenges, obstacles, and a sense that something is working against you.

Sometimes you can feel it immediately when you walk into a space. Other times, you may simply notice that certain things in your life seem harder than they should be without realizing that your environment may be part of the reason.

That awareness led me to study Classical Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology. After two years of study, I became certified in Classical Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology, opening an entirely new dimension of my work.

I came to understand that creating change isn’t always about changing yourself. Sometimes, the environment around you needs to change, too.

That understanding has become an important part of how I see the whole picture. We are not separate from the spaces we inhabit. Our environment can either support where we are going or quietly work against it.

What I Bring to the Work

I bring more than 20 years of experience working with people, along with a lifetime of curiosity, study, intuition, and a genuine desire to understand what makes each person unique.

I listen. I observe. I pay attention to what is happening beneath the surface and to what you may be experiencing in the moment.

I don’t assume that what worked for one person will work for another.

Sometimes the most important thing is something you already know. Sometimes it is something you haven’t been able to see from where you’re standing.

My role is to help you see what you couldn’t see before and work with what is ready to change.

When I’m Not Working

I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and being part of my community. I’ve also been volunteering with WaterFire for several years.

I dance Argentine tango, which has been a passion of mine for many years. I love the music, the connection, and the energy of the dance. When I travel, I enjoy seeking out milongas in different countries.

Tango has a wonderful way of bringing people together. You can meet someone for the first time, come from completely different cultures, and communicate through the dance without speaking the same language.
